Return & Refund Policy

At Yoga Fit, we are committed to maintaining transparent membership policies. Please review the following refund guidelines carefully before purchasing any membership or service.

Membership Fees

All Yoga Fit memberships are non-refundable.

This applies to:

​

  • Monthly Autopay Memberships

  • Prepaid Memberships

  • Promotional Membership Packages

  • Introductory Offers

  • Special Event Packages

​

Refunds will not be provided for:

​

  • Change of personal circumstances

  • Relocation or moving residence

  • Lack of usage

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Changes to class schedules or instructors

  • Personal or work commitments

Early Membership Termination

If a member chooses to terminate a membership before the end of the agreed membership period:

​

  • Membership access may be terminated in accordance with Yoga Fit policies.

  • No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the membership.

Membership Suspension Instead of Refund

Members who are temporarily unable to attend may be eligible to apply for a membership suspension, subject to Yoga Fit's Suspension Policy.

Medical Circumstances

Members who are medically unable to continue participating may be eligible to request a membership transfer, subject to:

  • Submission of valid medical documentation

  • Approval by Yoga Fit Management

  • Compliance with applicable membership transfer requirements

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Death

In the event of a member's death, any unused prepaid services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to verification and supporting documentation.

Permanent Disability

If a member becomes permanently disabled and is medically unable to participate, any unused prepaid services may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to supporting documentation and management approval.
