Welcome to Yoga Fit. By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Membership Types
Monthly Autopay Membership
Monthly Autopay Memberships are available with minimum commitment periods of:

12 Months
-
18 Months
Upon completion of the minimum commitment period, memberships will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with our Membership Termination Policy.
Prepaid Membership
Prepaid Memberships are purchased for a fixed duration and:

Do not renew automatically
-
Are non-refundable
-
Cannot be cancelled before the purchased period ends
Payment Obligations
Members are responsible for making all payments according to the selected payment schedule.
Late payments may result in:

Suspension of membership access
-
Applicable late payment fees
-
Collection of outstanding balances in accordance with applicable regulations
Membership Suspension
Members may request a temporary suspension of their membership for approved personal, travel, medical, or pregnancy-related reasons.
Key conditions:

Minimum suspension: 1 month

Maximum suspension: 6 months

Suspension fees may apply

Approved suspension periods will extend the membership expiry date
Medical and pregnancy-related suspensions may be exempt from suspension fees, subject to supporting documentation.
Membership Termination
Termination requests must be submitted in writing through Yoga Fit's official termination process.
Requests must be received at least 14 days before the next payment date.
All memberships are subject to Yoga Fit's Non-Refundable Policy.
Membership Transfer
Membership transfers are only permitted for medical reasons and require:

Valid medical documentation

Approval from Yoga Fit Management

Compliance with all applicable transfer requirements
Membership transfers are only available for eligible prepaid memberships.
Class Booking & Cancellation
Members may book classes through Yoga Fit's official booking platform.
To avoid penalties:

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class start time.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Late Arrival Policy
For safety and class experience reasons:

Entry may be refused after class has started.

A grace period may be granted at staff discretion.
Health & Safety
Participation in yoga and fitness activities involves inherent physical risks.
Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and should seek medical advice if unsure of their physical condition.
Personal Belongings
Members are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Yoga Fit.
Studio Rules & Conduct
All members are expected to behave respectfully and comply with studio policies.
Yoga Fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of studio rules, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns.
Changes to Services
Yoga Fit may modify:

Class schedules

Instructors
-
Facilities
-
Operating hours
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or membership cancellation.
Privacy & Media Consent
By using Yoga Fit services, members consent to the collection and use of personal information for operational purposes.
Yoga Fit may occasionally capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. Members who prefer not to appear in such content may submit a written request.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
